Scope These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the digital banking services provided by Finsub Bank ("Finsub", "we", "us") via bank.finsub.org and associated applications. 2. Partnership — card issuing Finsub Bank distributes payment cards in partnership with Advanzia Bank S.A., 9 rue Gabriel Lippmann, L-5365 Munsbach, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, authorised as a credit institution in Luxembourg and issuer under licence from Mastercard International. Cards remain the property of the issuer. Use is personal and non-transferable. Full cardholder terms are provided at activation. 3. Accounts and operations Account opening is subject to identity verification (KYC/AML). SEPA and international transfers may be subject to compliance review before execution. Fees, limits and processing times are displayed before you confirm each operation. 4. Payment execution Transfers and card payments are processed through regulated payment partners. Execution times depend on the scheme (SEPA, instant, international) and compliance checks. You will receive confirmation once an operation is completed. 5. Consumer credit Loan applications are subject to creditworthiness assessment. A personalised offer with APR, total cost of credit and amortisation schedule is provided before signature. You have a statutory withdrawal period where applicable under national law. 6. Liability Finsub implements industry-standard security measures. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to protect your credentials, except as required by mandatory law. 7. Governing law These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact: info@bank.finsub.org
